The spectacle is not a collection of images, but a social relation among people, mediated by images.
This three channel installation focuses on the spectacular aspects of the narrative cinema, and the community nature of the festival built around situating the viewer into a recognizable landscape and an emotional catharsis which ends in a festival atmosphere. The surround sound music track works on the narrative journey from alienation to the sublime.
